Travel Fee Guidelines * Travel fee: $3 per mile * Mileage is calculated from Arlington, Texas, to the appointment location. * Travel fees will be added to the total cost of your service and confirmed prior to booking. Service Area Limit * I service locations within a 30-mile radius of Arlington, Texas. * The maximum distance I will travel is 30 miles one way from Arlington. * Appointments located more than 30 miles from Arlington are not eligible for mobile services. By booking a mobile appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable travel fee and service area limitations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellations made less than 8 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service amount. * Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Late Policy * If you arrive 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied. *If you arrive 20 minutes late, your session will be shortened, or may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee could apply. * Canceled appointments due to arriving late will be charged the 50% cancellations fee.
